
The only thing I would change is the starting chute: put in some time indication flags so runners can self-seeding more appropriately. I thought I was near the front but got caught up in a very slow start.
Cities Marathon this Sunday. I'll be aiming for 4:30min/km average to finish in 3:10.
Also, the most exciting news is that I have ordered a new Garmin Forerunner 610! Should be on it's way from the US in the next couple of weeks, packed full of new features and a more slim-lined casing. Hurray!
